- The Gujarat Eri promotional project was launched on 10th August 2024.

- Union Minister of Textiles, Shri Giriraj Singh, unveiled a commemorative coin celebrating the Platinum Jubilee of the Central Silk Board (CSB) on 20th September 2024.
- केंद्रीय वस्त्र मंत्री श्री गिरिराज सिंह ने 20 सितंबर 2024 को केंद्रीय रेशम बोर्ड (CSB) की प्लेटिनम जयंती मनाने के लिए स्मारक सिक्का जारी किया।
- The Central Silk Board was initially recommended by the Silk Panel of the Imperial Government on 8th March 1945, and the CSB Act was enacted by Independent India on 20th September 1948.
- केंद्रीय रेशम बोर्ड की सिफारिश पहली बार 8 मार्च 1945 को सिल्क पैनल द्वारा की गई थी, और स्वतंत्र भारत में CSB अधिनियम 20 सितंबर 1948 को पारित किया गया।

8. Astronomers Use 100 Years of Kodaikanal Data to Study Sun’s Chromosphere Rotation
8. अंतरिक्ष वैज्ञानिकों ने 100 वर्षों के कोडाईकनाल डेटा का उपयोग करके सूरज की क्रोमोस्फियर की घूर्णन को मैप किया
- Astronomers have created a map showing how the speed of the Sun’s chromosphere changes using 100 years of daily records from the Kodaikanal Solar Observatory.
- खगोलविदों ने कोडाईकनाल सौर वेधशाला के 100 वर्षों के दैनिक रिकॉर्ड का उपयोग करके सूरज की क्रोमोस्फियर की गति में बदलाव को मैप किया है।
- This is the first time they have mapped how the rotation speed varies from the equator to the poles of the Sun.

- The Earth spins uniformly, taking 24 hours for a full rotation, while different parts of the Sun spin at different speeds based on their position.

- CSIR-National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (CSIR-NIScPR) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gurugram University on 24th September 2024.
- CSIR-राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान संचार और नीति अनुसंधान संस्थान (CSIR-NIScPR) ने 24 सितंबर 2024 को गुरुग्राम विश्वविद्यालय के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर किए।
- The MoU was signed at NIScPR’s Vigyan Sanchar Bhawan, Pusa Campus, New Delhi.
